How your customers complain

Do you know the most likely methods of complaint for your customers? We are considerably past the 'moving into' era and can now class ourselves very much in modern times. A recent survey by Sage UK has revealed some interesting results about complaining online.

More than one in five people are now turning to Social Media platforms to complain! 22% of the 2,000 consumers surveyed said Social Media would be their first choice to compain.
